Google’s second generation branded phone is out on Thursday, and Best Buy is one of the retail locations you may want to consider lining up at to get yours. Unlike recent launches for other products, Best Buy will be enforcing a strict “first-come first-serve” policy with the Nexus S; all stores will be opening at 8am local time and online sales will commence at 8am Eastern. Purchases will be limited to two units per person and inventory will vary. Pricing is $199 on contract, $249.99 if you’re adding a line, or $529 if you want the device contract-free.
