Lexar Introduces Worlds First 256GB CompactFlash Card
Lexar has announced the largest CompactFlash card capacity with the introduction of a 256GB card available in the first half of 2012. This new card joins Lexar’s Professional 400x CompactFlash series (64GB and 128GB cards) set to ship in February. Retail pricing is expected to be $469.99 for the 128GB with a price not year released for the 256GB capacity version. As with other Lexar CompactFlash cards carrying the “Professional” name, the additions to the 400X line will come with Image Rescue photo recovery software and pro-level tech support.
